Intrepids were fleet cars. They got jumped, they sat, and they cooked a passenger-fender PCM. The 2.7 gets blamed for everything; a no-start after a jump is still often the module. AutoStick four-speeds that ignore the gate are a TCM/PCM issue — match the listing type to the complaint.
