Nitros use PowerTech V6s and a Liberty-style controller on the passenger inner fender. Order the 3.7 or the 4.0 the way the build sticker reads. The pattern we see: O2 heater codes that return after both sensors, a stall in the rain, a speedo dropout that makes the automatic flare, or a no-start because the PCM never primes the pump.

Production ended in 2011. VIN-programmed replacement, no core, lifetime warranty. R/T buyers should stay on the 4.0 listings.
