B-vans idle. Plumbers, church groups, and newspaper routes leave them running with the A/C on for an hour, then the PCM on the bulkhead gives up. A leaking cowl finishes the job. These are Magnum-era OBD-II controllers, VIN-specific for engine and the three- or four-speed automatic.
