Neon powertrain control modules

First-gen (1995–1999) and second-gen (2000–2005) Neons both used a 2.0 as the volume engine. The SRT-4 is a 2.4 turbo with its own flash. These cars were inexpensive, so they collected aftermarket alarms and bad grounds. A “crank sensor code” that survives two sensors is often the PCM.

Passenger-side inner fender is the usual home. We VIN-program the replacement so the keys you already have are the ones the car expects.
