2002 Dodge Ram Truck Cummins diesel ECM
This ECM is the one for a 2002 Ram Truck running the Cummins diesel. Third-generation launch. 4.7 and then 5.7 HEMI (2003+) on gas trucks. Cummins moves from VP44 into high-pressure common rail in 2003/2004.5 — the ECM flash must match the injection system.
On a 2002 Cummins Ram the injection is often still VP44. Check the door-jamb build date if you are on the 2002–2003 edge.
